Using the public website
This website introduces Hearin and provides a public metadata catalog. Browsing requires no Hearin account. The website does not sell subscriptions, collect payments or provide full editorial articles. App availability and any purchase terms are disclosed separately through the applicable release and purchase flow.
Catalog and content
Catalog pages show public metadata and may change when content is published, updated or withdrawn. Titles and descriptions keep their source language; a marketing language choice does not create a translated edition of each catalog item. Content rights remain with their respective rights holders. A public listing does not grant permission to redistribute protected works.
Information and external services
Product descriptions distinguish available functionality from future plans. Editorial titles and descriptions are general information, not individualized professional advice. External links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

What Hearin provides
Hearin is an iPhone app for reading, translation and listening, with Hearin Picks, Collections and public RSS support. Language and resource availability depend on the released app and the resources installed on your device. A plan for 32 validated app languages is not certification of every third-party source or translation. Features expressly marked as future plans, including local AI and social features, are not a purchase promise or a delivery schedule.
Permitted use and content rights
Use Hearin and lawfully available content for personal use within the permissions granted by the relevant rights holder and the applicable app license. Publicly accessible RSS does not give you ownership or unrestricted republication rights. Do not redistribute paid or copyrighted content, bypass access controls, misuse the service, or interfere with its security. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly grants.
Subscriptions and system speech
Any paid plan, billing period, price, renewal terms and entitlement must be disclosed in the app’s purchase flow before purchase. Apple manages App Store billing, subscription controls and refund requests under its applicable rules. Free Apple system speech does not make subscriber editorial content free. Removing the app does not cancel an App Store subscription; use Apple’s subscription controls. No price, free trial or current store availability is promised by this website.

Apple, Google and publishers
Apple operates iCloud, speech resources and App Store services; Google ML Kit may provide on-device translation and supporting technical services. External publishers control their own RSS feeds and websites. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also govern their services. Third-party notices and translation attribution are available through the app’s legal information. These website terms do not waive provider licensing obligations.
Your data and privacy
Read the Privacy & data page for device storage, iCloud boundaries, SDK diagnostics, content-delivery security and contact handling. No Hearin account registration is required. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple accounts and for any data you choose to import. No promise is made that deleting local files also removes separate cloud or provider records.
Availability, updates and responsibility
Network, device, language-resource and third-party outages can affect service. Changes must respect applicable consumer rights and existing contractual obligations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive mandatory guarantees, or impose an invented liability cap. Report problems to the operator so they can be investigated.
Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing here removes statutory rights, including applicable remedies for defective digital content/services or any cancellation rights. The operator is based in Sweden.
